Shipping Information

Processing Time

Because every towel is custom embroidered, please allow:

• 5-13 business days for processing and embroidery

• 1 business day for packaging and quality check

Most orders ship within 5-10 business days.

Shipping Methods

We offer fast, reliable shipping options:

• Standard Shipping  3–5 business days

• Expedited Shipping – 2 business days

• Priority Shipping – 1–2 business days

Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because each towel is custom embroidered, returns are handled differently than standard retail items.

Personalized Items

Personalized towels cannot be returned unless:

• There is an embroidery error

• The towel arrives damaged

• The wrong item was shipped

If any of these occur, we will replace the item at no cost.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Embroidery Errors or Defects

If your towel arrives with:

• Misspelled name

• Incorrect title

• Wrong color

• Damaged embroidery

• Defective fabric

We will immediately remake and reship your towel.
