Custom Orders Return & Replacement Policy

At Pastor Towels, every custom towel is made specifically for you. Because of the personalized nature of our products, custom-made orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the cases outlined below.

Defective or Error Orders

If your order arrives with:

  • A manufacturing defect, or

  • An error caused by us (including misspellings, incorrect titles, or incorrect designs),

we will gladly make it right.

What We Will Do

  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for the defective or incorrect item.

  • Once the returned item is received (or confirmed as shipped), we will produce and send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

What We Ask From You

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos showing the defect or error.

  • Do not use or wash the item before contacting us.

Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns or issue replacements for:

  • Customer-submitted spelling errors or incorrect information

  • Changes of mind after production begins

  • Normal variations in embroidery placement or color tone

  • Wear, damage, or washing after delivery

Order Approval

All custom orders are produced exactly as submitted. Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, names, titles, and design selections before placing their order.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
